To coincide with the CPhI exhibition in Madrid, Neuland Laboratories requested us to organise another cultural event for their customers in the capital city. Following the great success of the previous year’s event at the Louvre in Paris, Neuland were delighted with our proposal to put on a similar event at the Reina Sofia Museum.
Once again, the evening proved to be a big hit with both representatives of Neuland and their invited guests. With the museum closed to the public, we arranged for a private tour of some of the museum’s most famous works of art, including ‘Guernica’ the mural-sized painting by Pablo Picasso. Following the tour, all guests gathered at the museum’s futuristic-looking eatery where we had arranged a buffet and drinks reception. In keeping with the cultural theme, we organised for a local traditional flamenco band to perform.
Once again, we took care of the entire occasion; from planning and booking the venue; designing the invites months before the event; selecting the food, wine and entertainment; through to arranging a fleet of taxis for all the guests at the end of the night.
